RCTR Membership Application

1. Fill out all boxes on both sides fully! No credentials will be issued unless all required information is complete.
2. Write legibly please. Missing or unreadable information will delay processing and keep you from riding.
3. Include copies of legal identification showing address and date of birth for all individuals.
4. If you have read and agree to the above you may click the image to the right to download the Membership Application Form which you must print and fill out manually.
5. You may either send your completed application with all documentation and your chosen form of payment to the address on the application, or you may bring both with you to the campground office. Only originals can be processed. No faxes will be accepted.
